1.2. By using the Company’s services and/or browsing the Website, visitors agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as the other general rules for using the site. All personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts. 4. Purposes of use

4.3. for other purposes (e.g. display of personalized content or advertising based on your usage behaviour), we and, if applicable, selected third parties, use your personal data if and to the extent you give your consent through our consent management system.

6.1. Visitors have certain rights related to the protection of their personal data:

7. Storage of the personal data
7.1. Visitor’s personal data will not be processed beyond what is necessary for the purposes laid down in this Privacy Policy.
7.2. Personal data collected through the Website will be stored for no longer than 3 years after the last interaction.
7.3. Longer periods of personal data retention may be applied where:
7.3.1. there is a reasonable suspicion of an unlawful act which subjects to investigation;
7.3.2. Visitor’s data is necessary for the proper resolution of the dispute, complaint or claim;
7.3.3. the Company has received complaints related to the Visitor or if the Company has noticed any violations committed by the Visitor;
7.3.4. it is necessary for back-up copies or related purposes of functioning of information systems of the Company;
7.3.5. it is mandatorily required by applicable laws. Your personal data will be destroyed within a reasonable time after the specified deadline.
