Advantages of Finegri technology:

  • low specific energy costs ;
  • high performance allowing to deliver up to 1.5 tph of the d99 <8 micron, d50 <1.6 micron powder, and up to 1.0 tph of the d99 <5 micron, d50 <1.2 micron powder;
  • no end product classification: the finished powder is not fractionated (dispersed), thus the powder is not depleted due to a reduced variety of particles having different sizes, and the product has the optimum particle distribution for suitable multiple purposes;
  • feedstock’s plate-like structure is preserved in finished powders;
  • zero-waste production of all items in the range, i.e. 100% product output after grinding, which creates a 40% to 60% advantage in terms of volume of the end product output;
